Acceptable Use Policy

Prohibited content

You may not use this platform to generate:

• ✕ Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) or any sexualized content involving minors
• ✕ Non-consensual intimate imagery (deepfakes of real people in sexual contexts)
• ✕ Targeted harassment of specific individuals using AI-generated video or voice
• ✕ Disinformation designed to deceive voters or interfere with democratic elections
• ✕ Content impersonating a real person in a materially misleading way without their consent
• ✕ Biometric surveillance tools (e.g., generating face-swaps for identity theft)
• ✕ Content that promotes or incites violence against specific people or groups

Permitted content

The following is explicitly permitted:

• ✓ Commercial advertising and marketing content
• ✓ Fictional characters and scenarios
• ✓ AI-generated avatars and brand characters
• ✓ Educational, documentary, and journalistic content
• ✓ Entertainment, art, and creative expression
• ✓ Adult content (not involving minors) on platforms designed for adult audiences, subject to platform terms

Enforcement

Violations of this policy may result in immediate account suspension without refund. We reserve the right to review generated content for policy compliance and to report illegal content to relevant authorities.
