Refund Policy

General policy
Subscriptions are non-refundable once the billing period has started. You may cancel at any time from /billing your plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, then expires. No partial-month refunds are issued.
When we will issue a refund
- ✓ Accidental double-charge due to a billing system error on our side.
- ✓ Service outage lasting more than 24 consecutive hours within your billing period (prorated credit or refund).
- ✓ First-time subscribers who request a refund within 72 hours of subscribing and have used fewer than 50 credits.
When we will not issue a refund
- ✕ You forgot to cancel before the renewal date.
- ✕ You no longer need the service or changed your mind.
- ✕ Individual generation results that didn't meet your expectations AI generation is inherently probabilistic and outputs cannot be guaranteed.
How to request a refund
Email [email protected] with your account email and Stripe invoice ID. We respond within 2 business days. If approved, the refund appears on your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
