All video, character, and voice outputs generated on any paid Gemini Omni plan include a commercial-use license. You own the output. You can use it in ads, client deliverables, and paid projects.
What you CAN do
- ✓ Use outputs in paid advertising (Facebook, Google, YouTube ads)
- ✓ Deliver outputs to clients as part of a paid project or agency work
- ✓ Embed outputs in products you sell (courses, apps, SaaS products)
- ✓ Post outputs on social media, YouTube, TikTok, Instagram
- ✓ Monetize YouTube channels or social accounts featuring your outputs
- ✓ Use outputs in broadcast TV or streaming content
- ✓ License outputs to third parties
What you CANNOT do
- ✕ Generate deepfakes of real people without their consent
- ✕ Generate content that violates our Acceptable Use Policy (CSAM, hate speech, harassment)
- ✕ Claim the AI generation process as entirely human-made in regulated contexts (e.g., where AI disclosure is legally required)
- ✕ Use outputs to train competing AI models without a separate commercial data license agreement with us
Who owns the outputs?
You do. When you generate a video on a paid plan, you are granted a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free commercial license to that output. We do not claim ownership of your generations and do not use them to train models.
We retain a license to display your outputs on this site for showcase/demonstration purposes only if you explicitly submit them for the public showcase. You can request removal at any time via contact.
